Step 1. Call, e-mail, or write us about the item you would like restored. If you can provide a photo of the item, please do so but this is not required for us to discuss your restoration.

Step 2. Our restoration experts will call you to discuss the item you would like restored and give you a preliminary price quote.

Step 3. When you decide that you want us to restore your item, please send it to us for further evaluation. We suggest shipping via UPS for reliable tracking information.

Step 4. Our restoration experts will evaluate its age, fabric strength, type and amount of soiling and discoloration. We then test for the safest removal of soils and stains without damage to fabric or color.

Step 5. A restoration expert will call you to explain all test results and what your cost for restoration will be.

Step 6. Your treasured item will be returned to you wonderfully restored!
